  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley,
  • Salt and pepper pinch
  • grated Parmesan Cheese as a garnish

According to the instructions on the package, boil the angel hair pasta according to the cooking time. Save 2 tablespoons of cooking water.

Cook

Heat the extra virgin oil in a large saucepan on MEDIUM HIGH. The garlic slices should be cooked for about 2 minutes, until they are fragrant but not brown. Add the chili to the pan along with the cooking liquid.

Toss

Drain the pasta. Add the pasta to the sauce in a pan. Add the chopped parsley and dried oregano. Add salt and pepper.

Paleo Italian Meatballs If you use angel hair pasta it will not be paleo, but I still recommend pairing with these Italian meatballs made in the Instant Pot.
